How do I delete my Online and Mobile Banking access?
If you would like to request deletion of your Online and Mobile Banking access, then please send us an email at support@skypointfcu.org or call us at 301.279.1964.
Once your access is deleted you will no longer be able to log in through our website or mobile app. SkyPoint will delete all associated data held in our digital banking system including but not limited to scheduled transfers, alerts, Bill Pay payments and payee info, and SkyPoint Pay transfers. Your SkyPoint accounts will remain open and unaffected. Your transaction history will remain in our main system as long as your accounts are open, but all Online and Mobile Banking access and associated data will be deleted.
I can’t remember my username or password. How do I reset or recover them?
To reset your password or recover your username, head to the Forgot Password page and follow the on screen prompts.
