FAQ

What is SkyPoint Pay?

SkyPoint Pay is our new payments solution for external transfers. Our existing Me-to-Me and PopMoney services will be sunset on September 26. SkyPoint Pay will be launched on September 27.

Will the accounts I had registered under Me-to-Me transfers be migrated to SkyPoint Pay?

No, the accounts registered under Me-to-Me will not migrate to SkyPoint Pay. External accounts will need to be re-added within SkyPoint Pay.

I had recently transferred money to my account at another financial institution. What is going to happen to that money?

Me-to-Me and PopMoney will be sunset on September 26. Any transfers that were scheduled to take place after that date will not take place.

Will I need to setup any recurring transfers I had previously set up in SkyPoint Pay?

Yes, recurring transfers will need to be set up in SkyPoint Pay. Previous transfer information will not carry over.

What is real time funding?

Real time funding is a new feature that allows you to send funds to other people in real time when you use your SkyPoint debit card to fund the transaction.

Can I use a debit card from another financial institution to transfer money using SkyPoint Pay?

No, only debit cards from SkyPoint can be used to send funds instantly with our SkyPoint Pay service.

How long do transfers take to deliver?

P2P (Person to person) transfers: If funds are received via debit card, funds are delivered in 1 business day. If funds are received via account number, funds are delivered in 2-3 business days.

P2P (Person to person) debit card transfers: Recipient will be eligible to receive funds immediately when using a Debit Card to fund transaction. Processing can take up to 1 business day.

A2A (Account to account) transfers: Outgoing transfers will take 1 business day to complete. Incoming transfers will take 3 business days to complete.
